Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic IT Systems Administrator / IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse systems, implement innovative solutions, and support our organization’s technology needs with enthusiasm and expertise.
This role is responsible for day-to-day IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, infrastructure, vendor coordination, and technology projects. The right candidate enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and taking ownership rather than simply escalating issues.
As you become familiar with the business, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our long-term technology strategy and grow into a broader leadership role.
Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day technical support for employees.
· Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, email, SharePoint, Teams, licensing, -and security.
· Maintain Windows servers, networking, backups, and core infrastructure.
· Support cybersecurity, identity management, and access controls.
· Manage hardware, software, and technology vendors.
· Lead IT projects and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and security.
· Document systems and maintain reliable recovery procedures.
· Research and solve unfamiliar technical challenges independently.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with solid IT experience who is comfortable supporting a small-to-medium business technology environment.
Experience with many of the following is preferred:
· Microsoft 365 administration
· Windows Server and Active Directory
· Networking, VPNs, and firewalls
· SharePoint and OneDrive
· Microsoft Entra ID
· Cybersecurity best practices
· PowerShell or other automation tools
The ideal candidate is:
· A strong problem solver who takes ownership.
· Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Comfortable working independently.
· Able to communicate effectively with both employees and leadership.
· Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Preferred Experience
· 3–5+ years of IT administration or systems administration experience.
· Experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
· Experience managing projects and working with outside vendors.
Hands-on experience is valued more than specific degrees or certifications.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
