Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Carpenter / Project manager to oversee high end residential construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves managing daily operations on-site, supervising sub contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess, knowledge of building processes, hands on carpentry skill, leadership skills, construction management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
- Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical accuracy.
- Coordinate with, clients, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Ensure all work aligns with industry best practices in construction management and site safety.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in construction supervision or as a lead carpenter role with a strong background in construction site operations.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Hands-on experience with construction site safety standards
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
