Remote (South Florida Only) | Full-Time | W-2 | $60,000/year
We're looking for an energetic, organized, personable, and proactive individual to become the right hand to the owner of a growing digital marketing business.
This is not your typical Executive Assistant position. You'll play a vital role in helping manage the day-to-day operations of the business while also assisting with personal tasks, managing an Airbnb property, overseeing multiple social media platforms, supporting our online student community, and helping scale the business.
No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who loves variety, takes initiative, solves problems, and enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the owner's right hand and assist with daily business and personal tasks
- Manage multiple social media platforms by scheduling content, engaging with followers, and helping maintain a consistent online presence
- Help manage an Airbnb property, including guest communication and coordinating day-to-day operations
- Host two weekly Zoom coaching calls for our online student community
- Answer student questions and provide excellent customer support
- Assist with business operations, administrative tasks, and special projects
- Organize systems, calendars, and workflows to keep the business running efficiently
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives and social media growth
- Jump in wherever needed to help the business continue to grow
Qualifications
- Must live in South Florida (occasional in-person meetings with the owner are required)
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Extremely tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Experience in customer service, coaching, teaching, or community management is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Compensation
- Full-time W-2 Employee
- Monday–Friday
- $60,000 annual salary
- Primarily remote position with occasional in-person meetings in South Florida
