Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate will also have experience in remodeling and construction in residential sites. Candidates should possess strong mechanical knowledge, be comfortable working with hand tools and power tools. A background in HVAC, carpentry, or handyman work is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require heavy lifting, adherence to safety standards, and excellent customer service skills.
SIGN-ON BONUS
We are offering a $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS to qualified candidates upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to operational and project specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding equipment as needed
- Perform remodeling tasks involving plumbing systems in residential settings
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and implement solutions
- Collaborate with customers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites or in confined spaces
Skills
- Proven experience in plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC integration, and remodeling processes
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs
- Experience with carpentry, remodeling, or handyman tasks is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various work environments
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to construction sites
- Valid driver’s license for transportation between job sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
