About the Role
Webster Pharmacy is an independent compounding and functional medicine pharmacy growing rapidly. with our new wellness brands. We’re looking for a Pharmacy Team Lead who will ignite energy across our team, keep operations running smoothly, and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients.
What You’ll Do
- Rally and inspire our talented team daily — lead huddles, boost morale, and create a supportive, high-energy culture.
- Motivate and coach pharmacy technicians on workflow, customer service, and fulfillment excellence.
- Own scheduling, shift coordination, and day-to-day operations so everything runs smoothly.
- Champion new initiatives like our patient programs, supplement sales, and wellness offerings.
- Help build excitement around our mission to provide personalized, science-backed solutions.
Who You Are
- A natural people leader and team builder who gets energy from seeing others succeed.
- Experienced in retail, hospitality, fitness, customer service, or healthcare team leadership.
- Positive, enthusiastic communicator who can spark motivation even on busy days.
- Organized with strong follow-through (we have plenty of Tenacity on the team already!).
- Pharmacy technician experience or CPhT is a plus, but we value leadership drive and energy most.
