Job Description:
We are looking for a Commercial Concrete Project Manager.
The selected candidate will lead multiple projects working as the customer point of contact.
Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge and use of proper construction safety
Excellent communication skills
Plan reading
Shop drawing creation
Scheduling
Pricing/budgeting/negotiating
Crew and quality management
Job costing
Perform office functions for project management
Material purchasing
Subcontracting
Change orders
Preconstruction meetings
Required Experience:
+5 years working in concrete construction with knowledge of the following concrete phases:
Layout
Footings
Cast-in-place walls
Slab on grade
Site concrete work
High school degree or higher education
Knowledge of Spanish is desired
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
