What You’ll Get

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new opportunities
- Scheduling and performing roof inspections
- Documenting roof conditions and storm damage
- Presenting solutions and closing contracts
- Following up with homeowners and managing your pipeline
- Coordinating with admin and production teams
- Visiting job sites and attending final walk-throughs when needed
- Communicating clearly with customers from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
No roofing or sales experience is required. What matters most is work ethic, attitude, and coachability.
We’re looking for people who are:

- Organized, goal-oriented, and reliable

- Willing to follow proven systems
If you have experience in door-to-door sales, solar, pest control, real estate, auto sales, or roofing, you’ll fit right in — but it’s not required.
