Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of air duct systems to identify dirt, debris, mold, and other contaminants.
- Perform cleaning procedures using specialized tools and equipment to remove dust, allergens, and buildup from ducts.
- Utilize floor care techniques such as buffing and carpet cleaning to ensure the cleanliness of surrounding areas.
- Apply janitorial and custodial skills to maintain the cleanliness of work sites before, during, and after service.
- Use environmental services best practices to ensure safe handling of cleaning agents and waste disposal.
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks including floor care, carpet cleaning, and general janitorial duties as needed.
- Document all service activities accurately in reports for quality assurance and client records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, Hvac, or environmental services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques such as vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
- Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on health standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
Pay: From $1,200.00 per week
