Remote Field Service Tech - Up to $100k
A rapidly growing manufacturing company is looking for a qualified Remote Field Service Technician in Chicago to join their motivated team in advancing process technology with creativity, passion, and unmatched expertise at a global scale.
Full Responsibilities:
- Installation and repair of industrial packaging machinery.
- Travel 100% to job sites through North America, including many weekends away, even at the last minute.
- Using database and spreadsheets for written reports for management.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience performing hands-on equipment maintenance. Required
- 1 year of experience determining the causes of electronics failures, using tools such as digital voltmeters and oscilloscopes. Required
- 1 year of onsite customer engagement experience. Required
- Must live within 1 hour of a major airport located in Chicago. Required
- Must have $2500 available credit card balance (not debit card) to pay for hotel stays (Reimbursed weekly). Required
- Availability to travel 90% to job sites across North America. Required
- Must pass initial background and drug screening (including marijuana).
