We’re looking for a service-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead by example and support front desk operations. You’ll coach your team, resolve guest issues, and ensure a smooth, professional check-in experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist front desk agents during shifts
- Oversee guest check-in/out and handle escalations
- Ensure audit reports, cash handling, and records are accurate
- Train and mentor team members on service and systems
- Responsible for maintaining brand standards and loyalty program enrollment
- Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in front desk or customer service role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
- Flexible availability (including MOD shifts)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with hotel reporting tools and PMS systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
