Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing manufacturing operations! Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Diagnose electrical problems with high voltage and low voltage systems utilizing tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments.
- Repair and replace components on industrial machinery, including motors, drives, sensors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HVAC/R systems, and welding equipment.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and manage inventory of spare parts.
- Operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas during maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime through quick troubleshooting of equipment failures and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols related to electrical systems, high voltage work, welding procedures ( welding), and other hazardous tasks.
Skills
- Extensive experience in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance best practices.
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems, reading schematics, and electrical blueprint interpretation.
- Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics for accurate diagnostics.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems along with experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting high voltage circuits.
- Ability to operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting and repairs.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair involving welding ( welding preferred), mechanical adjustments, and component replacements.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control.
- Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures quickly and effectively.
- Excellent customer service mindset when collaborating across departments or assisting external vendors.
- Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
