What You'll Actually Be Doing This is a detail-focused purchasing role centered on accuracy, organization, and communication.
- Create and manage purchase orders for eight showroom locations
- Review order details and pricing before submitting orders
- Enter and track purchase orders using RFMS
- Send purchase orders to vendors through email and online portals
- Review vendor confirmations and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records and purchasing documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, accounts payable, showroom teams, and management
- Help ensure products are ordered correctly and delivered on time

Ideal Background
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous purchasing, administrative, order-entry, or office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with RFMS or similar software is a plus
