We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Maintenance Technician responsible for performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure continuous plant operation, minimize downtime, and maintain equipment reliability.
This role requires a strong background in industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, and PLC diagnostics, combined with hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment (mechanical and electrical components)
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, sensors, control panels, and wiring
- Diagnose equipment issues using a systematic approach (power verification, PLC diagnostics, sensors/actuators inspection)
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Work with three-phase motors, including installation, troubleshooting, and rotation adjustments
- Utilize and maintain CMMS work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion
- Inspect equipment performance (vibration, temperature, pressure, noise) and identify potential failures
- Perform repairs, calibrations, adjustments, lubrication, and component replacements
- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Support continuous improvement through participation in audits, meetings, and process optimization
Required Qualifications
- Experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Experience working with three-phase motors
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Hands-on experience with PLC systems (troubleshooting/diagnostics required)
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in extrusion machinery
- High School
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
