The REV Group E-ONE OpEx Leaders will be focused on leading continuous improvement projects that support the business goals of E-ONE through the Goal Deployment Process (GDP). Improvement projects will involve departments such as Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations. The OpEx Leader will facilitate improved outcomes of processes to drive efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase customer satisfaction.
Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate waste, troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues, material flow, and informational inputs that may lead to inefficiencies.
Coordinate, monitor, and drive project activities, manage project risks, issues, changes, and resources, and take corrective actions when necessary. Decides and initiates action.
Evaluate and close the project, identify and analyze lessons learned, archive project documents, and hand over the project to customer and/or process owner.
