The responsibilities are as follows: Carpentry, Dry Wall, Concrete, Painting & Patching
Gutter cleaning, fix loose railings, hanging doors, electrical experience a plus - low voltage. Able to lift at least 35 lbs. You will have Sun exposure.
A field test will be given to confirm your experience with low voltage. Must be able to trouble shoot the possible electrical issues.
