Sattar & Associates, Inc. is looking for an administrative assistant to provide administrative and project support to the firm. This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.
- Scan and save paperwork under the company's network.
- Process checks.
- Postal office visits.
- Communicate with outside vendors.
- Organize offices and manage office supplies.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- AA degree and relevant work experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to create and edit all types of documents including letters, e-mails, presentations and contracts.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks without prompting, work efficiently with minimal supervision and manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience and unquestioned integrity.
- Fluent in English.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
