Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas, adhering to health standards and safety guidelines.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care.
- Operate various cleaning equipment including vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial tools to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety procedures related to manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards consistently.
- Prior hotel experience preffered. Bilingual is a plus.
