This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to stay one step ahead in a fast-paced professional environment. You’ll play a key role in helping manage active deals, preparing marketing materials, coordinating client communication, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the broker in day-to-day activities and ensure the timely execution of tasks
- Draft and format presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
- Professionally communicate with clients, investors, and team members via email and phone
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and follow up on action items
- Help coordinate and track active listings, transactions, and client deliverables
- Maintain CRM database and assist with light administrative duties
- Ensure smooth execution of each phase of the client experience — from prospecting to post-closing
- Take initiative in anticipating the broker’s needs and proactively solving issues
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Clear and professional communication (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable interacting with clients and maintaining a service-oriented tone
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with formatting, proofreading, and creating clean, client-ready documents
- Able to stay calm and effective when priorities shift or deadlines tighten
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a support role
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Ideal Background
- 1+ year in an administrative, operations, marketing, or client service role (record of service)
- Interested in real estate, business, or sales
- College degree preferred but not required
- Professionalism, reliability, and a team-first attitude are essential

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 DOE
