The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) is responsible for maximizing organizational performance through partnering with employees and management in designated business groups and departments. The HCBP aligns operational and organizational strategic objectives by delivering transactional and transformational HC services for their respective business group/department.
Human Capital Business Partner Responsibilities:

Manage the employment and onboarding process, including the following: serve as the primary liaison with talent acquisition and hiring managers, proactively determining staffing needs and design of positions, supporting onboarding and on-the-job training plans.

Manages the performance management program (PMP) for the respective business group/department, customizing the PMP to reduce complexity and increase engagement to maximize the full value of performance management.

Provides proactive coaching and consultative services to their respective business group/department by forging strong relationships and maintaining an engaged pulse of the group/department and the organization.

Provides career development support for managers and employees to strategically deploy resources, grow and develop employees for ongoing sustainability of the business, including development of training programs.

Provides compensation and benefits support for the respective business group/department.

Partners with business groups/departments in design and execution of employee engagement programs.

Partners with business groups/departments to enhance communication in all directions.

Provides administration of various compliance-oriented processes (FMLA, ADA, leaves, etc).

Provides policy design and implementation expertise that supports the business and operational groups.

Provides analysis to assist in various HC projects and initiatives.

Ability to travel 20% of the time
Human Capital Business Partner Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the HR field

Analytical and goal oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, on computers and other electronic devices

Strong interpersonal skills; must be a self-starter, highly organized, and creative

Superior time management and organizational capabilities, including the ability to accurately benchmark project length, deliver on deadlines
