We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Title Processor to join our growing team. You will be a critical part of the closing process from start to finish, working directly with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers to keep transactions moving smoothly and on time. If you are highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a real opportunity to grow your career in the real estate industry, we want to hear from you.

- Open Files: Create new closing files and handle initial data entry into closing software.
- Clear Title: Order and obtain necessary documents including payoffs, estoppels, surveys, and municipal lien searches.
- Examine Searches: Review title searches, commitments, and municipal/lien results to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Coordinate Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for realtors, investors, buyers, sellers, and lenders.
- Manage Funds: Handle incoming Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) and assist with funding and disbursing transaction funds upon approval.
- Admin Support: Field incoming phone calls, manage high-volume email correspondence, and schedule final walkthroughs or closings.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 1–3 years of prior experience working in the title insurance, escrow, or real estate closing industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard title company platforms (e.g., SoftPro, Qualia, or RamQuest).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Financial Comfort: Comfort handling numbers, high-dollar wires, and sensitive financial documents.
- Mindset: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to multitask under tight transaction deadlines.
What We Offer (Benefits)

- Schedule: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
