Experienced Criminal Defense Attorney
At John Malek Law Group, we’re building a modern criminal defense firm—one that runs on strong communication, clear systems, and a team that genuinely supports each other. We’ve grown quickly, and we’re looking for an experienced criminal defense attorney who wants to do great work and help shape how a firm operates as it grows. We already have locations in Idaho Falls and Boise. Now, we're opening a Twin Falls branch and this location will be well supported by the two sister branches.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a criminal caseload from start to resolution
- Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and trial
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and team members
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases forward
- Contribute to improving systems and processes
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in criminal defense
- Confident in court and comfortable managing your own cases
- Strong communicator—especially with clients under stress
- Organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Takes ownership and looks for solutions

Pay: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
