Responsibilities

- Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that all orders are correct.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation and basic culinary tasks as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy restaurant environment.
