American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Acute Dialysis position in Janesville, WI, requiring active WI or compact licensure and both BLS and ACLS certifications.

Inpatient acute dialysis unit within a hospital setting

Day shift schedule
-
40 hours per week
-
Every other weekend rotation required
-
Rotating holiday schedule
-
On-call responsibilities averaging 3–4 days per month plus one weekend per month, shared among the team

Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand

AHA provider-level BLS and ACLS certifications required

Prior inpatient acute dialysis nursing experience required

Education verification required prior to start

Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized patient plans of care

Administers medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and state practice standards

Provides clinical expertise and guidance to other units in support of the patient's longitudinal plan of care

Participates in department performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance

Applies critical thinking to patient safety and experience, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command
