Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of industrial 3D printers and related equipment, including mechanical adjustments and maintenance.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, including loading raw materials into printers and managing finished parts for packaging.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of 3D printed components, ensuring proper storage and inventory management within the warehouse environment.
- Conduct routine inspections of manufacturing equipment, identifying mechanical issues or troubleshooting industrial equipment problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety standards in production areas by adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA regulations, and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support packaging operations by preparing finished products for shipment, including assembly of packaging materials and labeling according to specifications.
- Operate hand tools, forklifts (certification preferred), and other industrial equipment safely to facilitate efficient workflow across the manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues on industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or similar automation systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including GMP and FDA regulations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials handling tasks efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with assembly processes, packaging techniques, and using hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain quality control throughout production.
