Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Effectively communicate product information and features to customers to facilitate sales.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
- Maintain organized stock levels, ensuring products are well-displayed and replenished as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or POS systems is beneficial.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about products and services offered in-store.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
