What Makes You Successful (Requirements):

- Physical Capability: Must be completely comfortable walking outdoor neighborhoods and climbing ladders to perform standard property inspections.

Responsibilities:
- Actively canvass designated, high-intent storm territories to generate roofing leads.
- Execute physical roof inspections to identify, photograph, and document storm or wind damage.
- Lead logical sales conversations with homeowners to explain policy benefits and capture signed contracts.
- Coordinate with the on-site Project Managers on build mornings to ensure an elite customer experience.
