We are a residential roofing company serving North Georgia with a 5.0 Google rating. We restore storm-damaged roofs through insurance claims, back our work with a 50-year labor warranty, and give 50% of our profit to Gospel-centered ministries.
The role
Field Reps are the front door of our business. You knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods and offer homeowners a free roof inspection. You set the appointment; an experienced Project Manager handles the inspection and the insurance claim.
* We point you to the right neighborhoods using storm data
* Training, door scripts, business cards, and our RoofMap app are provided
* Clear growth path: strong reps move up to Project Manager
How you get paid
* Full-time position: $60,000 base salary plus commission
* You earn commission on the inspections you set and the jobs that come from them, with no cap
* Paid biweekly
What you need
* Reliable transportation and a smartphone
* Friendly, coachable, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
* Willing to work when homeowners are home: late afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
* No experience required. We train you.
