Join our team at the historic Eldorado Springs Pool nestled in the picturesque Eldorado Canyon in Boulder County. Our pool, with its stunning backdrop and nostalgic vibes (originally opening in 1905), is not just a place to work but a truly unique experience.
We are seeking dedicated and passionate lifeguards to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our patrons. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring activities in and around the pool to prevent accidents and provide assistance when needed.
- Schedule is generally between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, 5 or 8 hour shifts
- Supervise pool area to ensure the safety of all guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations
- Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies
- Perform pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- Provide excellent guest services and assistance
- Conduct regular checks of pool equipment and facilities
**Requirements:**
- Current lifeguard certification (American Red Cross, Starguard, or Elis).
- Previous lifeguarding experience.

- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be available for weekday and weekend shifts.
