What Matters to Us
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to turn hours.
We want technicians who:
· Care about the quality of their work
· Tell us when something isn’t working
· Communicate before a problem becomes a bigger problem
· Take responsibility for their work
· Help teammates when needed
· Are willing to learn
· Treat customers’ vehicles with care
· Want to work in a shop that continues getting better
We’re actively improving how work moves through the shop, including scheduling, repair-order documentation, digital inspections, parts coordination, technician workflow, quality control, and communication between the front office and technicians.
You don’t need to love corporate buzzwords or complicated processes. We want to make the shop easier to work in, not harder.
