Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our client's restaurant's front-of-house areas. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to upholding safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, floors, windows, bars, and other front-of-house spaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and other tools to maintain floor care standards.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following proper procedures for chemical handling safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and fixtures in accordance with sanitation protocols.
- Use appropriate safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure personal and team safety.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Adhere to safety guidelines related to chemical use, equipment operation, and overall cleanliness procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial or restaurant cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment including floor buffers safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures related to chemical handling.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift/move cleaning supplies or equipment as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean environment during scheduled shifts.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
