The Concession Stand Attendant plays a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by providing fast, friendly, and efficient service. This position is responsible for taking and preparing food and beverage orders, handling cash transactions, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and restocking supplies as needed. Attendants are expected to demonstrate strong customer service skills, uphold health and safety standards, and support the overall operations of the concession and arena operations.
This role requires flexibility in working primarily nights and weekends, the ability to stand for extended periods, and the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds. Ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and hard-working individuals who thrive in a team environment and are willing to perform a variety of duties as assigned by full-time staff.
