Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses
Locations: Multiple Check City branches throughout the Las Vegas & Henderson area
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts | Open Availability Required (6:30 AM–11:30 PM, including weekends)

What You'll Do
-
Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly, professional environment.

Process financial transactions including loans, check cashing, money orders, and prepaid cards.

Educate customers about products and services that fit their needs.

Accurately balance a cash drawer.

Complete data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.

Answer phones and assist customers with questions.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch.

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping others.
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 25 WPM.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Previous customer service, retail, banking, sales, or cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Physical Requirements

Available to work any shift between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM.

Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

At least 18 years old.

High school diploma or GED required.

Able to stand for extended periods (2–3 hours between breaks).

Able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Comfortable performing light cleaning duties.
