Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct detailed medical history reviews and comprehensive physical examinations to assess patient health status.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across diverse adult populations, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or other EMR platforms to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with specialists for advanced diagnostics like medical imaging, cardiology procedures such as catheterization, or endocrinology assessments when necessary.
- Perform procedures including suturing, basic life support (BLS), and wound care; manage inpatient and outpatient cases with a focus on patient safety.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes; provide health coaching tailored to individual needs.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects to enhance patient care standards.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with active state medical license.
- Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient settings within a hospital or clinic environment.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms; experience with medical coding (CPT/ICD) is preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools including CT scans, ultrasound, and medical imaging modalities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Additional expertise in subspecialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, pulmonology, or nephrology is advantageous.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
