Commercial Janitorial Technician
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Commercial Maintenance Systems, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Janitorial Technician to join our team. If you take pride in keeping buildings clean, safe, and professional-looking, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Clean commercial office buildings, lobbies, restrooms, basements, and common areas
- Sweep exterior walkways and entrances
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Refill restroom and janitorial supplies
- Wipe down walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Follow cleaning schedules and company quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous commercial janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the workday
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Valid California driver's license required
- Must pass a background check
