We are a small, family-oriented manufacturing company that has been building high-quality microphones for over 25 years. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our assembly team.
This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Occasional Monday hours may become available in the future but are not guaranteed.
Job Responsibilities
- Trim vinyl goosenecks
- Sand plastic components
- Cut and prepare cables
- Solder electronic components
- Assemble microphones using small parts
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
Qualifications
- Soldering experience is required. Extensive experience is not necessary—we are happy to train someone with basic soldering skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with small components.
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and maintain consistent quality.
- Quality control or inspection experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour
- Performance and wage review after a 90-day probationary period
- Opportunity for a more flexible schedule (including an earlier start time) after 90 days
