What You’ll Do
You’ll be the central hub that keeps our field running smoothly:

Receive and document emergency & non‑emergency calls

Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skillset

Monitor field technicians and optimize their schedules for maximum efficiency

Schedule appointments using right tech / right call guidelines

Enter accurate customer and call information into our system

Communicate clearly with techs, customers, and leadership
-
Support a fast‑moving service department with professionalism and confidence

What You Bring

Previous dispatching or customer service experience
- Bonus: Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatch
