THE ROLE
As our Treatment Coordinator, you're the heart of the patient experience. You'll be the welcoming face and reassuring voice that guides new patients from their very first consultation all the way to saying "yes" to their dream smile — and a key driver of our practice's growth.

- Exceptional verbal communication — you make people feel at ease immediately

- Dependable and organized with strong follow-through
- Orthodontic or dental experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Lead new patient consultations and present treatment options with confidence
- Build genuine relationships with patients and their families
- Manage scheduling, records, and case documentation
- Partner closely with our clinical team to deliver a seamless experience
