Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Restoration Project Manager to lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise restoration projects, including cleaning, debris removal, and property repairs, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members to plan project timelines and resource allocation.
- Oversee janitorial and custodial activities related to restoration sites, maintaining cleanliness standards during all project phases.
- Lead and motivate teams of technicians and staff, providing clear direction and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards, industry regulations, and client expectations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and incident reports.
- Identify potential issues early on and implement corrective actions to minimize delays or additional costs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising cleaning, custodial services, or janitorial teams within commercial or hospitality settings.
- Strong management skills with previous leadership experience in restoration or hotel housekeeping management preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and general custodial practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to interpret project plans and technical specifications accurately.
- Relevant certifications in safety or management are a plus; previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous. Pay: $60,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
