Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment issues
- Support inventory management by rotating stock and minimizing waste
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not required
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
