Responsibilities

- Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients.

Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining cuisine.
- Proven supervising experience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures.
- Expertise in food production, menu planning, and food service management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across shifts.
- Experience in inventory management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with catering operations, banquet setups, and large-scale event coordination.
- Excellent cooking skills complemented by a solid understanding of kitchen management principles.
- Background in hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
