Automotive Service Advisor (Experienced)

We’re a busy shop looking for a solid Service Advisor who already understands the flow of an automotive repair shop.
You don’t need to be perfect — but you should be comfortable talking with customers, presenting work, and keeping things organized in a fast day.

What You’ll Do
- Talk with customers and understand concerns
- At times Build Estimates and Present technician recommendations clearly
- Help customers prioritize repairs
- Keep communication moving during the repair
- Work together with technicians and management
You won’t be alone at the counter — we operate as a team.
Pay & Benefits
Base pay + performance commission
Typical earnings range $60,000 – $120,000+ annually
Many advisors earn $5,000 – $10,000/month

What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive shop experience (advisor or similar role)
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Organized and reliable
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required.
- Positive attitude and team mindset
If you’ve worked in a shop and understand the pace, you’ll adapt quickly.
