Heights Care & Rehab is seeking a confident, experienced, and highly motivated Weekend RN Manager to join our leadership team.
This is a unique leadership opportunity offering the chance to earn a six-figure salary while working only two scheduled on-site shifts per week.
As our Weekend RN Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership, support staff, oversee resident care, and serve as a key member of the facility leadership team during weekends.
This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and the ability to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility during the rest of the week.
$100,000 annual salary
Approximately $80/hour equivalent based on scheduled on-site hours
Only two scheduled workdays per week!

Active Colorado RN License
Strong leadership and communication skills
Clinical confidence and critical thinking ability
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
Management or supervisory experience preferred
Passion for leading teams and improving resident outcomes
