We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reception/Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and manage front desk activities with professionalism and warmth, ensuring excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries efficiently, and provide information related to billing and account status.
- Manage accounts receivable processes including payment processing, account reconciliation, and follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Utilize accounting software to record transactions accurately and perform data entry tasks.
- Assist with accounts payable processing, journal entries, revenue cycle management, and other corporate accounting functions as needed.
Skills
- Strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, double-entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Proficiency with accounting software; experience with Excel data analysis and formulas is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately using 10 key typing skills; attention to detail is critical.
- Strong communication skills including phone etiquette for effective client interactions.
- Ability to analyze financial data critically using analysis skills to identify discrepancies or opportunities for process improvement.

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
