Salas Plastic Surgery & The Love Medspa, one of South Florida's premier plastic surgery practices, is seeking a highly motivated, talented, polished and energetic Patient Sales Coordinator to join our amazing team! We are a boutique plastic surgery practice and Medspa which offers all plastic surgery and non-invasive aesthetic treatments. We consider each member of our team as if they are family and expect the same in return. We are a small, close knit team and strive to create an amazing patient experience.
As a Patient Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for prospective and existing patients. You will guide patients from initial inquiry through consultation and surgery booking, delivering an exceptional experience for the patient up to the time of their procedure, while actively working to convert leads into scheduled procedures.
This is a sales-focused, patient-facing role that requires confidence, warmth, persistence, with excellent communication and organizational skills. therefore, a sales background preferably in plastic surgery, is preferred.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, customer service, and team skills required
Bilingual (Spanish and English) required and ideally proficient in both written and verbal
Must have at least 1 year of proven sales and customer service experience
Comfortable making high-volume outbound and taking inbound calls
organized, detail oriented and reliable with strong follow-through
Professional, warm, confident communicator (verbal and written)
Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical spa or concierge healthcare preferred but not required
Ability to meet individual requirements of the patient relationship, which may include but are not limited to: time management, verbal skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills, and problem solving abilities
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must provide past references
Professionalism in dress and presentation, honesty and work ethic are a must
Key Responsibilities
Promptly respond to incoming leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
Conduct follow-up calls with potential and existing patients to answer questions and move them toward booking a consult or procedure.
Educate patient's on Doctor's recommendations, procedures, price ranges and next steps in a professional and confident manner.
Coordinate consultations, surgeries and pre/post op appointments
Maintain accurate documentation on EMR and CRM systems
engage in phone inquiries and face-to- face consultations with potential and/or current patients from initial inquiry through surgery and thereafter
establish and maintain customer relationships by delivering superior customer service
manage inbound leads, providing detailed information on procedures and converting them to a consult
Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth
Consistently work to meet and exceed monthly booking and conversion metrics
Proactively re-engage warm leads and past inquiries on a consistent basis
Sell, present and promote our products/services to meet and exceed customer needs
Manage patient payments and financing
Work closely with the surgeon and team to ensure a smooth patient flow
Be a team player, assisting other team members with responsibilities and duties, as needed
