We are seeking a proactive and skilled Building Maintenance Person to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. This energetic role involves performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across building systems and interior spaces. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards in building operations. Responsibilities
- Change filters on HVAC units in multiple builidings
- Clean 2 office buildings on a weekly basis
- Minor building repairs
- show apartments to prospective tenants
- Clean the common areas of apartments builiding
- Clean outside of apartments building
- Snow removal in multiple building and locations
- Other building maintenance task
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
