We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to pitch our IT services and manage client relationships. You'll be working on warm leads generated through Meta Ads, no random cold calling. Your focus will be on converting these leads, handling client follow-ups, and managing renewals and billing. A phone number will be provided for all client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch and sell IT services to warm leads generated through Meta Ads (no cold calling)
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions
- Manage client renewals and coordinate billing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with vendors as needed
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
- Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and reports using MS Office
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, plus at least 1 year in any sales role
- Basic working knowledge of CRM tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills for client and vendor interactions
- Solid negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Graduate in any discipline
