Guardian Impact Windows & Roofing is seeking experienced Call Center Appointment Setters to join our rapidly growing team.
RELEVANT CALL CENTER OR APPOINTMENT-SETTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment and who are motivated to earn through performance.
Compensation
- $17.50/hour base pay
- $100 commission for every appointment that results in a sale
- End-of-month bonuses based off total revenue generated
- Daily $ spiffs and incentives
- Paid weekly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant call center, phone sales or appointment-setting experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
