Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MECHANIC to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy equipment, industrial machinery, and vehicle systems. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse machinery, including farm equipment, construction vehicles, and heavy trucks, contributing directly to our operational success. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire service, brake repair, suspension work, and hydraulic system servicing.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed using welding and hand tools to ensure equipment functionality.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems including automotive electrical repairs and HVAC systems on various machinery.
- Operate heavy equipment safely during maintenance or repair procedures while adhering to safety protocols.
- Use power tools and hand tools efficiently for assembly, disassembly, and repairs of mechanical systems.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mechanic with dealership or heavy equipment experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive diagnostics, transmissions, hydraulics, suspensions, and air brake systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately for troubleshooting complex machinery.
- Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques such as welding; familiarity with power tools is essential.
- Knowledge of heavy truck repair including engines, shocks & struts, tire service, and vehicle maintenance for truck drivers.
- Skilled in electrical system repair including automotive electrical systems and soldering techniques.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions; excellent customer service skills are a plus

Pay: $26.27 - $31.64 per hour
