We're looking for a Clinical Laboratory Technician to lead our in-house lab(s).You'll be trained in Regenexx protocols that is ever growing, and you'll help build the systems and standards that define how our lab runs.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician with either a degree in a laboratory-related field including Phlebotomy (CPT) or equivalent hands-on experience as an Medical Assistant with an interest in lab. This role involves processing blood and biologic samples under sterile conditions for patient reinjection. You will also support the clinic team in cross-trained duties when lab work is not active.
As the lead in our in-house lab, you will play a key role in maintaining a sterile, safe environment, setting up systems for efficiency, and ensuring quality standards. Training in Regenexx processing protocols will be provided.
What You'll Do
- Process and handle blood products and biologic samples under sterile conditions
- Lead quality control: run checks, maintain logs, and uphold safety standards
- Maintain lab equipment and a sterile, efficient workspace
- Perform phlebotomy
- Collect, record, and analyze clinical data
- Manage lab inventory and ordering
- Assist in processing for GLP-1s
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a laboratory science field, or equivalent hands-on experience (e.g., Medical Assistant with lab interest)
- Phlebotomy certification
- Required: experience with patient sample handling and sterile technique
- Sharp attention to detail and safety
- A team-player mindset — comfortable multitasking and jumping in where needed
