Automotive Parts Counterperson
Taverna CDJR Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Counterperson to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an automotive dealership parts department, along with strong knowledge of parts lookup, inventory management, customer service, and repair order processes. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with their parts needs
- Support service technicians by providing accurate and timely parts orders
- Process parts invoices, repair orders, returns, and inventory transactions
- Maintain accurate parts and inventory records
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Work closely with the service and parts departments to keep operations running efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership parts counter experience
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Compensation:
Earning potential of $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
